Del Mar Blueprint Company is seeking a Print Production & Scanning Specialist to join our Reprographics team! This role focuses on receiving and processing print orders and scanning client documents for reproduction. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-end digital printing equipment
• Set up and operate printers ensuring high-quality output
• Print production of architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, posters, manuals, and reports
• Scaling and formatting large documents accurately
• Scan client documents for reproduction and electronic transfer
• Organize electronic files and send them to customers as requested
• Maintain an organized workstation and perform routine equipment maintenance
• Assist with general print production tasks as needed

• Tech-Savviness – Comfortable with computers and basic file management
• Customer Service Skills – Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Physical Stamina – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Team Player – A positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple job functions
Preferred But Not Required:
• Knowledge of the printing industry (a plus but not necessary – we will train!).
• Experience in graphic design or related fields
