Responsibilities:
A Warehouse Coordinor is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage and dispch of a wide range of goods including, but not limited to, merials, tools, machinery, and uniforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
FACILITY & SAFETY
- Maintains standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Maintains housekeeping of warehouse.
- Ensures the workplace health and safety requirements are met, take responsibility for the security of the building and stock, and runs shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.
PURCHASING
- Ensures quality, delivery budget, and environmental objectives are met.
- Responds to field communicion, loces vendors of merials, equipment or supplies, and interviews them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Administers online purchasing systems.
- Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
TOOLS, FLEET & INVENTORY
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received, logs all rentals into the rental log, and follows up with the foreman on stus.
- Manages stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading and transferring; document recording and da entry into the system.
- Issues inventory report, in/out stus report, dead stock report, goods age report, and consumption report.
- Returns all merials not required on a project or th were delivered incorrectly.
- Responsible for tool inventory and control: § Tool transfers log in/out form, clean up, maintenance and repair of tools
- Updes and maintains the inventory tool list, delivery of tools to the jobsite.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to organize and prioritize your own work schedule and the work schedules of others on a short-term basis.

COMPUTER SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:
- Solid working knowledge of use of the Microsoft suite of applicions (Word, Excel, etc.)
Qualificions:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
- Associe's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with HVAC and/or Refrigerion concepts.
- Forklift opering experience/certificion preferred.
