We are growing and looking for motivated, confident individuals to generate high-quality leads through neighborhood outreach.
Position Overview
As a Field Marketing Representative, your role is to:
Canvass targeted neighborhoods (San Diego County)
Speak directly with homeowners
Introduce Need For Build’s services
Set qualified appointments for our project managers
You are not closing construction projects — you are generating and booking appointments.
This is a performance-based opportunity with strong commission earning potential.
Responsibilities
Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods
Present our company and current promotions clearly and confidently
Identify homeowners interested in remodeling or outdoor upgrades
Book in-home consultation appointments
Track leads and notes properly
Represent the company professionally at all times
Compensation
Base pay
Commission per booked appointment
Bonus for closed deals generated from your appointments
High performers can earn significantly more.

Able to handle rejection without losing momentum
Sales or canvassing experience preferred (but not required)
Must have reliable transportation.
