Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Center Representative in San Diego, CA. Summary: This team plays a critical role in ensuring Medicare members are accurately enrolled, supported, and compliant with federal guidelines during a high-volume enrollment season. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in structured, rules-driven environments and are looking to gain or deepen experience in healthcare operations, data processing, and enrollment services. As an Enrollment Operations Specialist, you will support Medicare enrollment processing during Open Enrollment. The role is highly process-driven and centered on accurate data entry, documentation review, and adherence to Medicare regulations. While the position is not a call-center role, it may involve limited outbound member calls as part of the enrollment process.
Training & Work Model:
Initial Training:
- Onsite in San Diego (Rio San Diego area)
- 6-8 weeks, full-time
Post-Training:
- Eligibility for remote work based on performance
Location Requirement:
- Must live within 2 hours of San Diego
- Ideal: San Diego County
- Acceptable: Orange County or Riverside County
- Must reside within the United States and meet secure internet requirements
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong data entry and keyboarding accuracy (numeric keypad highly recommended)
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working in structured, rules-based environments
- Reliable attendance, especially during training and Open Enrollment peak periods
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with precision
