We are looking for our FIRST Sales Manager to lead the charge. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a department, dominate the San Diego market, and scale with a company that is actually changing the game.
THE ROLE:
Hunt & Close: Target Class A offices, medical labs (Sorrento Valley), and industrial parks.
Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with BOMA and IREM members.
Strategy: Work directly with ownership to refine our pitch and dominate the local territory.
WHO YOU ARE:
A Closer: You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience (Facility services, SaaS, or Property Management experience is a huge plus).
Tech-Savvy: You can comfortably demo an app and explain the value of data-driven facility management.
Self-Starter: You don’t need a script. You see a building, and you see an opportunity.
Professional: You represent the PPFS "POINT" Standard—Professionalism, Ownership, and Integrity.
