What you will do:
Process 50+ customer purchase orders per week — accurate
Order parts and materials to fulfill customer orders
Maintain an Excel tracking system for customer and vendor activity
Monitor and update vendor pricing; flag tariff-related changes
Research and source additional suppliers as needed
Review data for errors and correct them before they become problems
Keep all information strictly confidential
You are a great fit if you:
Have proven data entry experience and take pride in getting it right
Know your way around QuickBooks and Excel (intermediate or better)
Type fast and catch your own mistakes
Stay organized when the volume is high
Communicate clearly and work well with a small team
Are ready to start immediately
Basics:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Full-time, in-person position
High school diploma or equivalent required
MS Office and Adobe proficiency a plus
