Per Qualified Appointment: $100 — paid when they show up, not when they sign
Target: 5 appointments/day | 100/month
Performance Bonus: 20k year
At-Target Earnings: $212,000/year

Our CEO moves fast — live webinars, group sales events, podcasts, live events, and face-to-face meetings. He's proactive, high-output, and always in motion. Your job is to make sure he's always walking into his next conversation fully loaded: the right prospect, pre-qualified, prepped, and ready to go.
You're not closing. You're the engine behind the close.
WHAT IS A QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT?
A prospect who:
Has investable capital outside their primary business
Is considering placing $100,000–$1,000,000
Shows genuine interest and shows up to the call
You get paid the moment they show up. Not when they invest. Not after a close. When they show up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pre-qualify leads from our existing database — identify who's ready, who's warm, and who needs more time
Prepare the CEO for every engagement: group presentations, webinars, podcasts, live events, and 1-on-1 calls
Reach out to existing customers for repeat business and referrals
Monitor and improve marketing funnels in partnership with our RevOps team — make sure leads aren't falling through the cracks
Support the CEO in developing new relationships across his channels
Schedule qualified appointments directly with the CEO and keep his calendar full of the right conversations
WHAT YOU WON'T DO
Cold call strangers from a purchased list
Pitch or close investors yourself
Handle paperwork or compliance
WHO YOU ARE
You're organized, proactive, and you don't need to be managed. You understand how to read a lead, have a disqualifying conversation without burning a relationship, and hand off a warm prospect so the CEO can do what he does best.
You may be coming from high-ticket sales, wealth management, real estate, or a senior executive assistant role where you were the person keeping a high-performer running at full speed. You're comfortable in fast-moving environments and you know how to prep someone for a room.
You're not a wallflower. But you also know your role — and you take pride in making the person in front of the room look unstoppable.
