We are looking for a hardworking, organized, and dependable full-time maintenance professional to join our team and live on-site. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience and be skilled in a variety of property maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities include:
-Unit turnovers and apartment prep
-General property maintenance and repairs
-Interior and exterior painting
-Basic plumbing and electrical work
-Preventative maintenance
-Addressing day-to-day property needs and repairs
-Assisting with other maintenance-related duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Must live on-site
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
