Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator in the Otay Mesa area.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC and manual machinery including lathes, mills, drill presses, routers, grinders, brakes, and shears
- Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance
- Cut and shape metal and other materials to precise dimensions based on engineering drawings and process sheets
- Work from blueprints, CAD drawings, sketches, and written instructions
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and ID/OD gauges to verify tolerances
- Inspect and ensure product quality using statistical process control and other quality methods
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and CAD drawings
- Experience using precision measurement instruments (Calipers, Micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Familiarity with CNC and manual mining machines
- Must be able to pass Background check and Drug Screen
Work Schedule:
9/80 work schedule
Monday- Friday (Every other Friday off)
1st and 2nd shift available!
Pay: $28/hr.
