Who you are:
- 10+ years of IT experience with leadership in IT Operations with a strong background in production operations, Incident/problem management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Experience in modernizing IT operations within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries, including regulatory expectations (FFIEC, FRB, OCC)
- Strong communication, executive?level presentation skills, and the ability to operate with confidence interacting with C?suite leaders.
- Experience managing hybrid cloud/on?prem enterprise environments and leading vendors and teams with technical depth.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
What you’ll do:
- Own operational resilience programs, including DR testing, BCP coordination, reducing single points of failure, and improving MTTD/MTTR.
- Mature ITSM practices and improve operational KPIs (availability, uptime, incident trends, change success, ticket aging).
- Oversee application and infrastructure support across compute, storage, network, end?user, and cloud platforms.
- Lead vendor and global delivery management, strengthening SLAs, accountability, and internal capability building.
- Drive automation, observability improvements, and modernization in partnership with Engineering and Architecture.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $300,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
