You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banking platform, working closely with technology and business partners to meet risk, audit, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum of five years of experience with Mainframes COBOL, JCL, IMS DB/DC, DB2, BMC utilities, REXX, MarkIV, TWS, CA7, FILE MANAGER, TSO, Endevor, release management tools, Dump Reading, Transmission protocols (NDM, FTP), APIs, MQ, ticketing systems, IBM utilities
- Strong experience with SQL Database query language, Splunk, and other monitoring tools
- Proven experience in application support processes including incident management, release management, and risk governance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to perform Root Cause Analysis
Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Experience with Client Office Products and Web technologies
- Knowledge and experience in problem and conflict management
- Dedication to process improvements and tool enhancements to increase project efficiency
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Provide technical support on payments applications and conduct in-depth technical analysis as needed
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues on the banking platform and associated applications
- Document and maintain operational procedures, ensuring all contingency documents are accurate and up-to-date
- Engage in stakeholder management across business and technology groups
- Support change and release activities, and participate in risk, audit, and regulatory activities
