• Must have implemented at least 2 full HCM Cloud Projects as the Lead Functional Consultant for the entire Talent Suite on HCM Cloud for a Global Organization
• Must have implemented at least 1-2 Workforce Compensation Projects as the sole Compensation Lead for a Global Organization
Roles/Responsibilities:
This critical role will be responsible for leading the implementation, integration, and enhancements for our HCM system- particularly for L&D and Total Rewards - and overseeing the end-to-end processes on a global scale, across brands.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Talent, total rewards, and L&D-related matters
• Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM experience
Product management - roadmap, execution, user stories
Jira - workflow/process/prioritization
• Experience with Position management - Core HR
• Creating OGL's
• Oracle Autocomplete
• ServiceNow case management
