- Estimated annual base pay: $88,000.00(minimum) - $110,000.00(midpoint) - $132,000.00(maximum)

Purchasing Supplier Manager III, we have a wonderful opportunity for you to consider! You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the supply base to meet Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness, and Cost metrics for the COE
What You Will Be Doing - Commercial/Negotiation: Ability to engage suppliers actively without management support
- Supplier Performance Management: Drives systemic changes within the supply base and initiates actions to improve value to Woodward
- Supplier Performance Management: Contributes to the development of commodity sourcing strategies
- Supplier Performance Management: Supports Engineering change (E/C) activities with supply base, including tracking upcoming E/Cs,
- Supplier Performance Management: Demonstrated responsibility for outcome of global sourcing project as related to site
- Project Management Execution: Ability to automatically manage complex projects reporting and is responsible for results
- Materials Management Process: Demonstrated ability to work with materials management teammates (buyers, planners, etc.)
- Materials Management Process: Proactively works with engineering to predict and manage risk associated with parts obsolescence
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to mentor others on appropriate technical topics such as tolerance, key characteristics and drawings
- Continuous Improvement: Ability to facilitate and lead Green Belt tools, Six Sigma and continuous improvement activities, can participate in Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and supplier audit activities
What We Are Looking For - US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a relevant degree

- Leadership: Effectively leads potentially large teams comprised of cross-functional and cross-organizational members (internally and externally
- Hands-on expertise in Purchasing (buyer, purchasing manager, etc.) with experience in multiple procurement categories (i.e.. electronics, machining, castings, etc.)
