1. Concrete Form Carpenters
• What you’ll do: Build, set, and align concrete forms for foundations, walls, structural concrete, sidewalks, curb and curb & gutter.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in structural or commercial concrete carpentry.
• Proficient and safe with hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, drills).
• Experience tying rebar and setting grade is a strong plus.
2. Concrete Finishers / Cement Masons
• What you’ll do: Pour, place, smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces (slabs, flatwork, curbs, and architectural finishes).
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3+ years of hands-on concrete finishing experience.
• Skilled in hand-troweling, edging, brooming, and operating power trowels/grinders.
