OHANA Christmas Lights is hiring Christmas light installers for the upcoming holiday season!
We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to help install professional Christmas lighting on residential homes throughout North County San Diego, including Encinitas, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, and surrounding areas.
JOB DETAILS
• Pay: $20/hour
• Seasonal, part-time work with lots of hours available during our busy season
• Season: November 1 through approximately December 15
• Duties: Installing Christmas lights on rooflines, trees, and other exterior features
• Training and equipment provided
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
We operate seven days a week throughout November and the first two weeks of December. We're looking for people with very flexible availability who are willing to work long days and weekends during the holiday rush. Your individual schedule will be coordinated in advance; hours vary by week and workload.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Dependable: show up on time and communicate promptly if plans change
• Safety-minded: follow ladder and equipment instructions and speak up if something feels unsafe
• Careful: respect customers' homes, landscaping, and equipment
• Team-oriented: take direction, work well with others, and pay attention to details
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
• Must have your own reliable vehicle — having a truck is a major plus
• Able to work outdoors and handle ladders and equipment
• Willing to work long days and weekends during the busy season
• Christmas lighting, roofing, construction, or similar experience is a plus, but not required
