entry level....20/25hr....knows basically how to tig weld...welds look crapy....needs a lot of practice...will train
med level ....25/30hr....moderate skill, slow... welds look better....needs practice...will train
senior level ....30hr up..... needs no help... can adjust weld bead to fit application...efficient
schedule in person applications..... hours 7:00am to 3:00pm
