Duties
Vigilantly monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests, responding swiftly to any emergencies or unsafe behaviors
Enforce pool rules and public safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for all patrons
Provide first aid to guests in need and conduct water rescues promptly and effectively using water rescue response techniques when necessary
Perform routine park/pool maintenance tasks such as checking pool chemistry, keeping areas straightened and clean for our members.
Support our members by answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring a positive experience
Skills
Current Red Cross Certifications
Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water
Knowledge of water safety instruction and public safety procedures in an aquatic environment
Experience working with children and providing excellent customer service in a recreational setting
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
