Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Relevant Experience Or Requirements: Duties include:

Assist with Per Capita disbursement Process annual GWP forms Process senior and tenant utilities. Update and create forms, calendars, and various spreadsheets Assist Tribal Members faxing, copying, printing Issue El Capitan keys and distribute dictionaries
Reconcile credit card charges and petty cash Maintain several lists - gift distribution, weed abatement, Call Fire, wireless internet, address lists, septic Issue Sales Tax Exemption Certificates and DMV forms. Process Paypal transactions cross-train on gym keys, consumer loans coordinate staff meetings and take notes Assist manager and director as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office Type 45 wpm.

General Summary: Under the supervision of the Director, this position is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls along with clerical duties. This position strongly interacts with tribal members.

High School diploma plus to 2-3 years of strong detailed administrative experience required. Organizational, computer and interpersonal skills are a must.
