We are looking for a reliable, experienced Cook to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in both banquets and a high-volume kitchen line, preparing quality food for members, guests, and special events.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards
• Assist with banquet events, buffets, and special functions
• Work efficiently on the hot/cold line during service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work closely with the culinary team to deliver excellent food and service
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred
• Banquet or line-cook experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to quality and presentation
