RC Electrical Services is a licensed C-10 electrical contractor serving San Diego County. We provide residential and commercial electrical services, including electrical panel upgrades, service upgrades, troubleshooting, new construction, tenant improvements, ADU electrical work, EV charger circuits, lighting, rewiring, and electrical upgrades.
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Commission-Based Sales & Business Development Representative to help us grow our customer base and generate new electrical project opportunities.
Position Overview
This is a flexible, commission-only sales position designed for someone who is comfortable finding their own leads, developing relationships, networking with local businesses, and generating electrical project opportunities.
Your primary goal will be to identify homeowners, property owners, contractors, builders, and businesses that need electrical work — particularly electrical panel upgrades and service upgrades — and connect those opportunities with RC Electrical Services.
You will have flexibility to create your own schedule and determine how you generate business.

Primary Responsibilities
Generate new electrical project leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and business relationships.
Develop relationships with:
HVAC contractors
Solar companies
ADU builders
General contractors
Remodeling contractors
Realtors
Property managers
Home inspectors
Home improvement companies
Other businesses that regularly encounter electrical needs
Identify homeowners and property owners who may need:
Electrical panel upgrades
100A to 200A service upgrades
Electrical service replacements
Subpanel installations
EV charger circuits
ADU electrical work
Electrical troubleshooting
Rewiring
Remodel electrical work
Commercial electrical improvements
Follow up with potential customers and referral partners.
Qualify potential leads before submitting them to RC Electrical Services.
Schedule qualified appointments for the RC team.
Maintain communication with leads and referral partners.
Build long-term referral relationships that can generate repeat business.
Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, appointments, estimates, and closed jobs.

Familiar with residential construction, remodeling, HVAC, solar, real estate, property management, or home improvement is a plus.
Previous electrical sales or construction sales experience is a plus, but not required.
