Nick the Greek is a fast-growing, fast-casual Greek concept built around one simple idea: Great Food Brings People Together™. We're looking for a Part-Time Evening Shift Leader to help lead our 4S Ranch team and keep our shifts running the way our guests — and our crew — deserve.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead evening shifts — keep the line moving, the food right, and the team focused
• Open or close the store depending on your shift, following our checklists and cash handling standards
• Make sure every order is accurate, every item is rung in, and every guest leaves happy
• Step in on the line, at the register, or wherever the shift needs you
• Coach and support team members in the moment — modeling the standard, not just enforcing it
• Handle day-to-day issues calmly and know when to loop in a manager
• Jump on the line and help with back-of-house cooking when needed — covering breaks or supporting the kitchen on high-volume days
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Some restaurant or food service experience — leadership experience a plus, but attitude matters more
• Someone reliable who shows up on time, ready to work
• A natural at staying calm and clear-headed during a rush
• Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, food safety, and doing things the right way, every time
• Evening and weekend availability
