Max Transport Inc is seeking Class A Port Truck Drivers (TWIC)!
Our Yard is in Walnut/City of Industry.

Position offers:
* Starting base pay of $28/hr Day shift
* Day shift: Monday through Friday
* Anything over 8 hours a day is Overtime (Time and a Half)
* Overtime readily available if desired
* Start as soon as possible
* Job stability

* Local work, within 100 mile radius
Description:
* Hauling containers to and from the Ports of LA and Long Beach
* If Port work is slow, you'll do Local work, 53’ trailers LTL, FTL; Local pickup and delivery, minimal touch; Palletized shipments from loading dock to loading dock; Dry goods, no hazardous shipments
* Local work, 53’ trailers LTL, FTL; Local pickup and delivery, minimal touch; Palletized shipments from loading dock to loading dock; Dry goods, no hazardous shipments
* If customer has no Dock, you will need to load/unload with pallet jack
* 2014 and up Freightliner Cascadia Day cabs
* No long haul
* Daily vehicle inspection reports; report any truck, chassis, or trailer mechanical problems immediately
Job Requirements:
* Must have a clean driving record and a valid Class A driver license
* 2-3 Years Class A experience required; 1 year of Port experience required
* Can drive Manual Transmission
* TWIC Card
* Medical Certification
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
