Job Description
Pan America Inc. is looking for reliable and hardworking General Labor / Warehouse Associates to join our warehouse team in Montclair, CA.
This is a general warehouse position. Daily duties may vary, and work assignments will be made according to the operational needs of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Receive, unload, move, and organize incoming merchandise
Stock and replenish warehouse shelves and storage locations
Verify products, quantities, and shipping labels for accuracy
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Move cartons, products, pallets, and other warehouse materials. Able to handle box with 50lb.
Assist with product returns, sorting, and inventory organization
Break down and dispose of cardboard boxes and packing materials
Perform warehouse waste, box, and trash cleanup
Keep work areas, aisles, shipping stations, and warehouse areas clean and organized
Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
Perform different tasks or work in different warehouse areas based on daily operational needs
Qualifications
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
Good attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to perform physical warehouse work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
Previous warehouse experience is a plus
Forklift operating experience is a plus
Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory is a plus
