XLAB and Dawn To Dusk gear is sold worldwide through independent bicycle dealers, international distributers, and Direct-to-Consumer channels.
Job Overview:
XLAB is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Coordinator. Responsibilities include coordinating current North American accounts, prospecting new North American accounts, managing Direct-To-Consumer interactions, warranty and return processing, and expo management and attendance. The position prioritizes organization, adherence to processes and procedures, and efficient communication.
Location:
This position is an in-person role based out of our offices in Escondido, California.
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Provide input to yearly and monthly sales plans.
• New account prospecting and qualifying
• Existing account relationship building.
• Processing account orders.
• Processing customer service and warranty requests
• Manage US trade shows and race expos, when required. May require travel up to 2 weeks.
• Track Sales Metrics (Key Performance Indicators) and generate and maintain accurate, detailed reports

Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (fitness, cycling sales experience is a plus)
• Avid triathlon or cycling industry experience, or passion is a plus
• Efficient & accurate computer skills with efficiency in Microsoft Office software
• QuickBooks experience a plus
