With experience: $21-$25/hr

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements:
CA basic requirements:
🔅Negative TB test (valid within 2 years)
🔅Background check LiveScan
🔅Home Care Aide Registration
Previous experience in caregiving, either personal or professional, is preferred but not necessary.
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification or relevant healthcare training is a plus.
Bilingual is encouraged
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with transfers.
A positive attitude and a commitment to treating clients with dignity, respect, and kindness.
