*** What you’ll do: ***
The Client Services Director is a leadership role, reporting to the Executive Director and working collaboratively with our Patient Navigation Director and Medical Consultant to ensure staff and volunteers deliver the highest quality support and up-to-date resources to clients facing cancer and related concerns.
The Client Services Director also works directly with clients who are facing breast and/or gynecologic cancer; this work includes support group facilitation and patient navigation.
A key function of this role is to develop and foster relationships with the local healthcare provider community. Occasional weekend or evening meetings outside the office will be required.
This is a full-time benefited position. Personal, professional, or direct experience with cancer is required. Management experience is required. Experience in the local medical community with medical case management or patient navigation is highly desirable. RN, MD, or MSW is desirable.
