Qualifications:
- National Certifications and/or Professional Degrees
- Experience instructing in group setting preferred
- Ability to provide a safe and effective class every time
- High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate charisma
- Basic computer, web, and mobile application skills
- Demonstrates the ability to provide an experience as expected by HealthSPORT standards
- Acts as a fitness role model
Reports To: HSAlign Lead (Fortuna)
Essential Job Functions:
- Uphold the Mission and Values of HealthSPORT
- Act with a manner of professionalism that demonstrates the standards expected by HealthSPORT
- Demonstrate knowledge and abilities consistent with HealthSPORT and industry standards
- Actively promote HealthSPORT Pilates and additional HealthSPORT offers
- Ensure fitness areas are safe, clean, organized, present well and are ready for the next class to use
- Dress in neat and cohesive fitness attire as defined in the HealthSPORT Dress Code
- Maintain accurate entries in Paycom, Club Automation and GroupEx PRO daily
- Attend meetings as scheduled
- Represent HealthSPORT in community events as requested
Position Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time (schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
