Job Responsibilities
Receive, organize, and process incoming inventory
Inspect items and determine their condition
Take photos of products
Scan products and record inventory
Create and list items for sale on eBay
Prepare product information for our listing team when items are being sent to other team members to list
Monitor eBay messages and respond to customers professionally
Answer customer questions and help resolve basic issues
Process and ship eBay orders
Print shipping labels and properly package orders
Keep the warehouse organized and inventory accurately tracked
Help with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Must be able to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 35 lbs
Basic computer skills
Comfortable using eBay or willing to learn
Able to use a smartphone to take product photos and communicate with the team
Good attention to detail
Reliable and dependable
Able to work independently
Good communication skills
Previous warehouse, eBay, Amazon, or e-commerce experience is a plus but not required
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, hardworking, and comfortable doing a variety of tasks. Some days may involve processing inventory and taking pictures, while other days may involve listing products, answering eBay customers, and shipping orders.
This is a hands-on warehouse position, so we need someone who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
