Pamoja Clinical Institute (PCI) is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to support our mental health clinical trials in Anaheim. This is a part‑time position with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role. We’re looking for someone who understands clinical research workflows and can make an immediate contribution.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling participants and preparing for study visits
Supporting day‑to‑day study visit activities
Maintaining complete and accurate source and regulatory documentation
Entering data and assisting with EDC query resolution
Tracking visit windows, adverse events, and protocol deviations
Preparing study supplies, materials, and equipment
Communicating with sponsors, CRAs, and monitors
Assisting with monitoring visits, audits, and site readiness
Ideal candidates have:
**Previous experience at a clinical research site
**Working knowledge of ICH‑GCP, HIPAA, and FDA regulations
***Familiarity with EDC, CTMS, and electronic regulatory systems
***Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills
****Ability to support multiple studies and meet deadlines
*****Reliable, professional, and independent work style
Preferred but not required:
Experience in mental health/CNS trials, ACRP/CCRC/SOCRA certification, phlebotomy/ECG/vitals experience, bilingual (English/Spanish).
