We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Inspector to join our team in Fountain Valley. This is a long-term employment opportunity for someone looking to build a career with a great company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Receiving Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, parts, and components to ensure they meet company quality requirements before being released to production.
Responsibilities include:
Inspect incoming materials, parts, and components for quality and accuracy.
Verify part numbers, quantities, documentation, and specifications.
Check materials for damage, defects, or other nonconformities.
Use basic inspection and measuring equipment as needed.
Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Document inspection results and identify discrepancies.
Communicate quality issues to the appropriate departments.
Help ensure only acceptable materials are released for production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company quality and safety procedures.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

Basic computer and documentation skills.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, receiving, or inspection experience is a plus.
