We believe in quality over quantity — you’ll have the time and support you need to deliver outstanding service. You’ll also be cross-trained to assist multiple clients and handle a variety of tasks via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions
• Assist members in applying for various health programs
• Help with Primary Care Provider (PCP) changes when needed
• Handle outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis
• Check and respond to emails daily
• Follow up on completed enrollments to ensure proper assignment
• Handle customer concerns with empathy and escalate issues when appropriate
• Strive for first-call resolution through proactive problem-solving
Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Compensation & Schedule
• Salary: To be discussed during the interview
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
