Production & Content Coordinator — Timberwolf Studios (Part-Time, NYC)
Timberwolf Studios is an award-winning creative production studio in NYC. We build content for brands like Diageo, Rolling Stone, G-Shock, GoPuff and Andis — and we're looking for a sharp, organized coordinator to work directly alongside our founder and senior team.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-end production actually runs, and grow as the studio scales.
What you'll own:
- Pre-production support — casting, location scouting, prop and set-design sourcing
- Purchases, returns, runner tasks and shoot-day logistics & iphone BTS capture
- Secondary content editing (Behind the scenes content)
- Scheduling and posting our content across platforms
You are:
- Organized, resourceful, and calm when a shoot week gets loud
- Genuinely interested in production and content — you follow this world
- Comfortable owning small tasks end-to-end without being chased
- NYC-based and available in person
The details:
- Part-time: 3 fixed days/week + additional hours possible
- $22/hr
