ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, content and social media. You'll own our TikTok presence from concept to post, building a channel alongside our Senior Social Media & Influencer Manager that feels uniquely momentm but drives engagement and community. If you spend more time studying TikTok than watching it passively, and
you have a portfolio of content you're genuinely proud of, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The day-to-day of this role will be very dynamic and no day will be the same. The sorts of tasks and projects you will be responsible for would include:
TikTok
- Plan and manage our TikTok content calendar – ideating, shooting, and posting consistently
- Film and edit videos independently, on your phone or with our kit – raw, on-trend, and on-brand
- Stay ahead of sounds, formats, and trends and move fast when something's about to blow up
- Maintain a distinct voice and aesthetic for our channel
- Engage with comments, duets, DMs, and the community to build an engaged following
- Track views, watch time, and follower growth – know what's working and double down on it
- Share weekly and monthly recaps with the team and propose new ideas based on performance
Ad Hoc Marketing Support
- Ad hoc support with other areas of marketing including; influencers, events, partnerships and admin.

- You create, not just consume: You have a TikTok or a portfolio that shows you know how to make things people actually watch
- You're a one-person crew: Comfortable filming yourself or others, editing on mobile, and posting without hand-holding
- You have platform instinct: You understand pacing, hooks, captions, and sounds in TikTok
- Deeply plugged into culture, wellness, fitness, and Gen Z trends
- Comfortable being on camera
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- You're curious about data: You actually look at your analytics and let them shape what you do next
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment where no task is “too small”
