📍 Location: Crema Artisan Bakers – Irvine, CA
💵 Pay: $17.00/hr
🕙 Schedule: MID-SHIFT | 2:00PM-10:30PM | 5 Shifts per Week | Weekends & Holidays Required
🍞 About the Job
• Crema Artisan Bakers is hiring packers to slice bread and pack daily inventory to send out to multiple locations all over Orange County!
• We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🧁 Responsibilities
● Accurately count and package a variety of breads and desserts.
● Arrive on time as scheduled. Communicate any tardiness exceeding 5 minutes. A minimum of 4 hours notice for call outs.
● Accurately count and package a variety of pastries, breads and desserts.
● Monitor product quality, and communicate any concerns to the packing lead & distribution
manager.
● Follow all food safety regulations.
● Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
● Due to the nature of our business, applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
🧺 Requirements
• Available day shifts, weekends & holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Basic English reading & math skills.
• Dependable, efficient, and team-oriented.
• Fast-paced, hands-on work with frequent movement, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
⚙️ Preferred Skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.
