Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling, preferably within technology sales or financial services
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and other CRM tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and technical sales concepts related to mortgage or financial products is a plus
Demonstrated ability to perform customer service with professionalism, patience, and active listening skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high motivation levels
Experience in marketing or business development activities related to outbound calling strategies
