Seacrest Village Retirement Communities is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR Team- Chief HR Officer and HR Manager HR Recruitment Specialist. This role plays a key part in maintaining HR operations, employee engagement programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.

✅ Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Administration
• Provide professional and confidential support to the HR Department
• Assist with correspondence, phone inquiries, and daily office operations
• Maintain accurate personnel files (active and terminated employees)
• Support audits, compliance tasks, and HR documentation
• Distribute and manage HR forms and materials
Employee Programs & Engagement
• Coordinate employee recognition programs (birthdays, service anniversaries),
• Maintain bulletin boards and internal communications
• Co-lead employee events and engagement initiatives
• Manage suggestion boxes and HR-related communications
Coordination & Operations
• Maintain HR systems and records
🎯 Qualifications
• High school diploma (HR coursework preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting leadership
• Basic knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
🧠 Skills & Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Must pass pre-employment physical and TB screening
• Fingerprint clearance required
