About the Position:
Clean Earth Maintenance is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support HOA and community properties. This role includes general repairs, preventative maintenance, and small project work.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and delivers consistent, high-quality results.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
• Perform general repairs and maintenance across multiple communities
• Complete work orders and small projects efficiently
• Assist with carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical work
• Support exterior repairs such as fencing, gates, and lighting
• Document work performed and report any issues
• Coordinate with team members to complete jobs on time
Requirements:
• Experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman work
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Must have a basic set of personal tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management
• Good communication and professionalism on job sites
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with HOA or multi-property maintenance
• Carpentry or deck repair experience
• Basic electrical, stucco, concrete, or drywall repair skills
• Experience using Dash for job management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
