The Kaminskiy Group is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and professional Home Service Sales Representative to support the growth of our home services and remodeling divisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sales, business development, construction, real estate, or home services who wants hands-on experience working directly with homeowners and business professionals while developing valuable skills in relationship building, networking, lead generation, strategic partnerships, and business growth.
In this role, you will visit previous clients' homes to conduct multi-point home assessments and identify opportunities where homeowners may benefit from additional home services, maintenance, repair, or remodeling solutions. You will also work with local businesses, real estate professionals, property managers, and other industry contacts to develop strategic partnerships and referral relationships. Your primary objective is to identify homeowner needs, build trust, create professional partnerships, and generate opportunities for our home services and remodeling teams.
Responsibilities
• Visit previous clients' homes as scheduled by the company
• Conduct multi-point home assessments to identify maintenance, repair, and improvement opportunities
• Educate homeowners about available home services, maintenance, repair, and remodeling solutions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations for the sales team
• Develop relationships with local business professionals, real estate agents, property managers, and community partners
• Create and maintain referral partnerships that generate new business opportunities
• Represent The Kaminskiy Group at networking events and community functions as needed
• Accurately document findings, recommendations, and client interactions
Qualifications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners and discussing home improvement needs
• Interest in sales, business development, construction, remodeling, or real estate
• Basic knowledge of residential homes and home systems is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
