We are a small, patient-focused private dental practice in Solana Beach looking for a lead dental assistant to join our team three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday ( 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
Our practice has earned consistent 5-star reviews because we treat our patients the way we would want to be treated ourselves. We don't believe in pressuring patients or upselling unnecessary treatment. Instead, we focus on honest, high-quality dentistry and building long-term relationships with our patients.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a positive, supportive environment, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and wants to be part of a close-knit team.
