Jess Diaz Trucking Inc. is a family-owned and operated trucking company celebrating 50 years in business. We are hiring a reliable Class A Yard Hostler to work out of our Anaheim corrugated box facility.
Position Summary:
Shuttle trailers between the loading docks and yard using a yard goat. Represent Jess Diaz Trucking with professionalism and safety.
Shift:
*Graveyard: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
*Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required
*Plenty of overtime available, paid at $40+ per hour
Pay:
*$27 per hour straight time, $40/hr overtime rate
*Increases to $28 per hour after 90-day probation, $42 OT
*Weekly pay every Friday
Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years verifiable Class A experience (no exceptions)
*Clean driving record
*Current valid Medical Card
*Enrolled in DOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
*Willing to work flatbeds or be trained (tie-down experience a plus)
*Dispatching or willingness to train/computer skills a plus
*Team-player with a positive attitude
