🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Precision Soldering: Solder electronic components onto circuit boards following industry standards.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand assembly needs.
Quality Control: Inspect solder joints to ensure top-tier quality and troubleshoot issues with the QC team.
Assembly: Build various electrical components and subassemblies accurately and efficiently.
Track Your Work: Maintain a clean station and document processes for traceability.
📋 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Prior experience in electrical assembly and soldering (experience with schematics/blueprints is highly preferred!).
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
Soldering or electronics certifications are a huge plus!
