VCI Builds is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn multiple trades. This position is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of construction experience who wants to gain hands on experience in residential construction. No need to be an expert we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow.
Job Duties May Include:
Excavation
Forming
Plumbing
Concrete work
Rebar placement
Carpentry
Framing
Demolition
General handyman tasks
And other construction related duties as needed
Our company builds homes from start to finish, providing exposure to many different trades. This is an excellent opportunity for someone whose long term goal is to become a General Contractor or skilled tradesperson.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel throughout Orange County
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
Ownership of basic hand tools is a plus
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour.
