SEEKING BARTENDERS, SERVERS AND DOOR HOSTS FOR CABO CANTINA IN NEWPORT BEACH
Sunset Restaurant Management Group (SRMG) currently owns and operates 14 restaurant/bar locations in Southern California, and this location is just one of seven exciting concepts. SRMG offers staff a safe and stable place of employment, while also promoting a fun and friendly team environment. Added bonus - fantastic food beverage discounts at all of our stores (including 9 in LA). We are constantly acquiring new restaurants/bars. Now is the time to join our expanding chain!
We are hiring the following for this location AND others in the area:
-Bartenders (Minimum of 2 years behind the bar required)
-Servers/Cocktail Servers (experience preferred, however willing to train those without)
-Door Hosts (Security) - Must greet guests with a smile and fulfill a basic security role
Qualifications and Skills:
• Open availability is a plus!
• Reside in close proximity to the location is preferred
• A polished and professional work appearance (pictures encouraged, but not required)
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Good work ethic
• Sales experience is a plus
• Interest in customer service
• The ability to anticipate guests' needs
• Great attitude
• Good multitasking skills (high volume)
