Pacific Coast Contracting Services, Inc. is experiencing exciting growth and is seeking dedicated Outside Sales Representatives to become part of our expanding sales team in Stanton, CA.
About the Role:
As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing projects from bidding to completion, ensuring that we meet client needs with top-quality service. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in construction sales who can build strong client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience: Previous experience in construction sales is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication skills (phone & email), the ability to read and interpret project specifications, and perform takeoffs from drawings.
• Driven: A self-starter with a passion for success and proven sales experience.
• Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of project management.
• Travel: Willingness to travel around SoCal or the flexibility for partial remote work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven success in a sales-driven environment.
