About the Role
This is an opportunity to work alongside a high-performing creative and marketing team and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of content, culture, and paid media. We’re seeking a highly creative, trend-driven Content Creator to produce compelling, platform content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. This role is on-site and hands-on, requiring strong execution skills in shooting, editing, and on-camera performance. You’ll play a critical role in shaping JLUXLABEL’s social presence through high-volume, high-impact content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video and visual content
- Produce weekly content aligned with campaign calendars and product drops
- Capture lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes content on-site
- Apply strong hooks, storytelling, and product positioning to maximize performance
Platform Optimization
- Tailor content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts
- Continuously test formats, editing styles, and messaging to improve results
Campaign Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Influencer teams to execute campaigns
- Contribute to content ideation and creative direction
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, aesthetic, and performance goals
Performance & Iteration
- Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, views, CTR, thumb-stop rate, conversions)
- Use insights to refine creative strategy and scale winning content
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
On-Camera Presence
- Confidently appear on camera for organic and paid social content
- Represent the brand authentically across multiple content formats
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social content creation (fashion preferred)
- Proven track record creating high-performing short-form video content
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends
- Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, TikTok tools)
- Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly) is a plus
- Strong visual eye for styling, composition, and brand aesthetics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree required

This is a fully on-site role in Chatsworth, Los Angeles. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
