Key Details
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Location: On-site position; Fountain Valley, CA
• Compensation: Base salary plus commission (Expected target: $65,000 – $95,000).

Core Responsibilities
• Inbound Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding label specifications, materials, pricing, and order status.
• Outbound Sales: Prospect manufacturing, logistics, and consumer goods companies to sell custom label solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, design, and estimating teams to deliver flawless print orders.
Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to discuss technical print specifications clearly.
• Comfortable switching tasks between reactive service and proactive phone sales.
