We are looking for someone professional, compassionate, patient, and confident on the phone. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have strong customer service and sales experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Speak with clients over the phone
• Explain services and answer questions
• Follow up with clients professionally
• Build trust with clients and assist with enrollments
• Maintain organized communication and notes
• Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:

• Customer service and sales experience is required
