Are you a people person who thrives in the field? Vision Roof Services is growing fast and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Field Assessors. This is NOT a traditional sales role — you'll be visiting commercial properties, connecting with building owners and company representatives, and conducting on-the-spot roof condition assessments that help businesses protect one of their biggest assets. You will be working all over Orange County and Los Angeles.
No roofing experience? No problem. We provide full training and the tools you need to succeed.
What you'll be doing
- Walk into commercial properties and introduce Vision Roof Services to owners and decision-makers
- Walk and assess commercial rooftops, documenting current condition and identifying areas of concern
- Use our assisted tools to log findings and help generate reports
- Represent our company professionally at every interaction
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Basic comfort with smartphones and apps (AI tool training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Clean driving history
- Professional appearance and conduct — you'll be meeting with business owners and property managers
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when needed
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or field outreach
- Background in roofing, construction, or property management
