This is a part-time, on-site College Recruiter role located in Anaheim, CA. The College Recruiter will promote Calusa Institute’s programs to prospective students through cold calls, campus visits, information sessions, college fairs, and community events. This role includes managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach and inquiry follow-up to guiding prospective students through the application process. The recruiter will build and maintain relationships with community organizations, and other partners to increase awareness of the institute’s offerings. Daily tasks include responding promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries, maintaining accurate recruitment and applicant data, and collaborating with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to meet enrollment goals.
