We’re looking for a Utility Technician to join our fast growing franchise in Anaheim, CA.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate floor cleaning equipment, e.g., Kaivac, scrubber, carpet cleaner, etc.
- Perform unique restroom sanitizing and janitorial services.
- Maintenance equipment provided to perform job.
- Install and repair soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers.
- Deliver hand towels, toilet tissue, and other restroom and kitchen supplies.
- Manage assigned route: service, paperwork, invoicing, collection of money.
- Safely operate company vehicle
- Interact with, develop rapport and maintain customer relationships
- Other tasks as needed to provide GREAT customer service to our customers
Qualifications and Skills: If you have worked in facility maintenance, janitorial services, or various service-oriented industries, we encourage you to apply!
- Must be available during varied hours throughout the week, e.g., start 4:30 AM, late afternoon/early evening, weekends
- Minimum 1 year experience commercial floor cleaning
- Detail-oriented and adept with tools
- English, bilingual skills a plus
- Effective communication and people skills
- Solid work history, organizational abilities, time management and self-reliance
- Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license (no at-fault accidents, traffic violations, suspensions, DUIs - motor vehicle report run prior to job offer)
- Smartphone
- Capable of standing, bending, and lifting 50 pounds, regularly
This is a route-based position where you will be required to drive to multiple locations to provide services in a company/your vehicle, depending on the service to be delivered.
